Pricing
No need to complicate things. We have a SIMPLE pay by the pound price. Regular wash, dry, and fold/hang orders are $1.90 per pound. This includes pickup and delivery, standard detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. Regular orders include clothes and towels.
We do offer ironing for an additional charge. Hanging is included if hangers are provided. We will supply hangers for an additional charge.

Chore No More - Light Load $85/month
This is a subscription plan for those that would like a regular bi-weekly pickup for wash•dry•fold services. You will be issued a Simplicity Laundry Services bag which holds up to 35 pounds of regular laundry. This is equivalent to 1-3 loads of laundry. You will schedule two pickups per month. Should you have a need to send more than 35 pounds of laundry on a pickup, no problem. You will be charged a discounted rate of $1.50 per pound. We can also pickup household items such as bedding or dry cleaning during these regular pickups. These items will be added to your order according to our regular price list.
Time Saver - Full Load $170/month
This is a subscription plan for those that would like a regular weekly pickup for wash•dry•fold services. You will be issued a Simplicity Laundry Services bag which holds up to 35 pounds of regular laundry. This is equivalent to 1-3 loads of laundry. You will schedule four pickups per month. Should you have a need to send more than 35 pounds of laundry on a pickup, no problem. You will be charged a discounted rate of $1.50 per pound. We can also pickup household items such as bedding or dry cleaning during these regular pickups. These items will be added to your order according to our regular price list.
Weekend Free - Mega Load $170/month

You will be issued TWO Simplicity Laundry Services bags which holds up to 70 pounds of regular laundry. This is equivalent to 2-6 loads of laundry. You will schedule two pickups per month. Should you have a need to send more than 70 pounds of laundry on a pickup, no problem. You will be charged a discounted rate of $1.50 per pound. We can also pickup household items such as bedding or dry cleaning during these regular pickups. These items will be added to your order according to our regular price list.
Life Back - Luxe Load $320/month
This is a subscription plan for those that would like a regular weekly pickup for wash•dry•fold services. You will be issued TWO Simplicity Laundry Services bags which holds up to 70 pounds of regular laundry. This is equivalent to 2-6 loads of laundry. You will schedule four pickups per month. Should you have a need to send more than 70 pounds of laundry on a pickup, no problem. You will be charged a discounted rate of $1.50 per pound.
